Returns made simple

Try the Minicomb at home. If it is not for you, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No questions, no awkward forms, no hassle.

How it works

  1. Email us at hello@elxyra.com with your order number — that is it, no form to fill in.
  2. We email you back within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (free for UK orders).
  3. Pop the Minicomb back into its original travel case and box.
  4. Drop it off at any Royal Mail post office or parcel locker.
  5. Once we receive it, your refund hits your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

The fine print (kept short)

  • 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
  • Free UK returns — we cover the postage label.
  • Product should come back in its original packaging. We know you will want to try it first — that is exactly the point. Just keep the box safe.
  • International orders: we will send the return label, you cover the postage.
  • Refund goes back to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.).

Faulty product? Different process, even easier

The Minicomb comes with a 365-day warranty. If anything goes wrong with the product itself in the first year — not just a change of mind — we will repair or replace it free of charge. No 30-day cut-off applies.

Email hello@elxyra.com with a short description (and a photo or video if you can) and we will sort it.
