Returns made simple
Try the Minicomb at home. If it is not for you, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No questions, no awkward forms, no hassle.
How it works
- Email us at hello@elxyra.com with your order number — that is it, no form to fill in.
- We email you back within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (free for UK orders).
- Pop the Minicomb back into its original travel case and box.
- Drop it off at any Royal Mail post office or parcel locker.
- Once we receive it, your refund hits your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
The fine print (kept short)
- 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
- Free UK returns — we cover the postage label.
- Product should come back in its original packaging. We know you will want to try it first — that is exactly the point. Just keep the box safe.
- International orders: we will send the return label, you cover the postage.
- Refund goes back to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.).
Faulty product? Different process, even easier
The Minicomb comes with a 365-day warranty. If anything goes wrong with the product itself in the first year — not just a change of mind — we will repair or replace it free of charge. No 30-day cut-off applies.
Email hello@elxyra.com with a short description (and a photo or video if you can) and we will sort it.
