Once your order leaves us, we’ll send you a tracking link by email — check your inbox and your spam folder, just in case.

Three ways to track your order

1. Through your shipping confirmation email
Every order ships with a tracking link sent to the email address you used at checkout. Click the link to see the latest status from the carrier.

2. Through your ELXYRA account
If you created an account at checkout, sign in at /account/login and go to Orders to see all your past and current orders with live tracking.

3. Write to us
If something feels off — the tracking hasn’t updated, the package is delayed, or you can’t find your confirmation email — email us at hello@elxyra.com with your order number. We’ll look into it the same working day.

Shipping times

United Kingdom — Free shipping. 7–15 working days.

Europe. 7–15 working days.

Rest of world. 15+ working days.

We pack and ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm UK time ship the next working day. See our shipping page for full details.
